Full of Romantic Potential...
Don't just wait until Valentine's Day, you can treat your nearest and dearest to a romantic break for two any time at Howfield. Simple unfussy but delicious menus, using fresh seasonal and local produce are combined with a fantastic wine list to entice and delight you.
Howfield is charming in any season, but in summer, you can relax on the deck reading the papers, or simply soak up the sun in the walled rose garden while listening to the birdsong. In the evening, your meal is served in the candle-lit restaurant, formerly the chapel of the manor, and after your meal there are several homely rooms where you can relax with a drink or coffee. Our bedrooms are all ensuite - also with fully lined blackout curtains so that you don't wake up too early! Howfield has a choice of four-poster, king-size and quaint historic rooms in the Jacobean wing.
A mid-week Romantic Break for two at Howfield includes a three-course dinner, overnight accommodation and breakfast, and is £145.00 per couple.
If you were married at Howfield Manor, why not celebrate your wedding anniversary here? Our chef will delight you with a wonderful three-course dinner, and we will help your celebration go with a swing by offering you a free glass of champagne each on arrival, and a discount on your room, should you plan to stay the night. (Incidentally we would love to see the photos, so please bring some with you!)
